With 13 years in the beauty industry, an MBA, and a marketing career behind me, I know what it takes to grow a booked-out business.

Free Canva is perfectly enough and no, you don't need any other paid app. - I’m not good with tech — will I still be able to use it?Absolutely.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Content Club membership (“Membership”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or access the Membership.
2. Digital Product & Access
The Content Club is a digital, subscription-based membership providing access to online content, templates, educational resources, and related materials. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
You acknowledge that delivery of the Membership is complete at the time access is granted.
3. Subscription, Billing & Authorisation
By purchasing the Membership, you authorise Strategic Beauty to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the price displayed at checkout.
Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the next billing date. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring cancellation occurs before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support prior to your next billing date.
Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for unused time.
5. No Refunds – All Sales Final
Due to the digital nature of the Membership and immediate access to content, all sales are final.
No refunds, chargebacks, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Failure to use the Membership
Forgetting to cancel
Perceived lack of results
Platform, algorithm, or industry changes
By completing your purchase, you expressly waive any right to a refund.
6. Intellectual Property & Licence
All content provided within the Content Club is the exclusive intellectual property of Strategic Beauty.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the materials for your own business purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, share, or make available any Membership content to any third party without prior written consent.
Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may give rise to legal action.
7. Modification of Membership & Pricing
Strategic Beauty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, replace, or discontinue any part of the Membership, including content, delivery method, structure, or pricing.
Pricing changes will apply only to future billing cycles. Continued use of the Membership following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. No Guarantees & Disclaimer
The Membership provides educational and informational content only. No guarantees are made regarding business growth, income, client bookings, or results of any kind.
Results depend on individual effort, implementation, experience, market conditions, and external factors beyond Strategic Beauty’s control.
Strategic Beauty is not responsible for changes to third-party platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, social media algorithms, or software tools).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategic Beauty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Membership.
In any event, liability shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the most recent billing period.
10. Termination
Strategic Beauty reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Membership at any time, without refund, if you breach these Terms or misuse the content.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
